I've never been there before, so I'm looking forward to it for the venue alone. But the ticket prices are way higher than they are for the AC show, too.

A tad steep. Be careful, the venue is in a sketchy area.

Good news! You sort of can get tix!

TICKET RELEASE! Miss out getting tickets to see Furthur? The Capitol Theatre is giving our fans one more chance to see these historic shows featuring the Grateful Dead's Bob Weir + Phil Lesh.

TOMORROW (4/12), a limited number of tickets to ALL NINE NIGHTS will be released at 12:00PM. Good luck! Buy here: http://bit.ly/Xutc1R

I could have gotten the ticket I wanted, but at those prices I decided to pass. We're talking over $100 face value. (The page will say $65/$95, but the $65 is for persons with disabilities.)

So $100 including fees. I'll settle for one. I mean geez, this ain't exactly a great economy.

So I guess no Rolling Stones? Here's what I just got when I entered Ticketmaster (no, I did not buy the same):

Section113 Row10 Seats Level 1 Lower Level
Ticket Price US $623.65 x 1
Full Price Ticket
Ticket PriceUS $597.00 x
1Facility ChargeUS $3.00 x
1Convenience ChargeUS $23.65 x 1

SUBTOTAL*US $623.65
(don't forget parking, concessions, etc. - easily gets up to $750). Notably, tix started on pre-sale last week and here we are a week later and still lower level tix available? A bit surprised - after all, Silicon Valley silly money....

You'd be right - no Stones for me! I'd rather see an off show by Furthur than a squeaky clean prefab Stones show anyway.

Ok, so I did see them once. And sure, I'd see them again. But not for $623, not for $100...

And it's only that price because it's in PC. When they play in Atlantic City, the prices are more like $30-$50, I think. Would that they'd play 4/28.
